Bugajewski Facility Services has been able to achieve and maintain a 99% customer service rating of excellent. Each retail service location is called after a cleaning service is completed and the manager asked to rate the service as Excellent, Good, Fair or Poor.
The service rating of our local accounts in the PA market that we directly service is at 100%.
