Anne Bugajewski, Vice President
  Anne has over 20 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping working for various private and government agencies. She has extensive small business accounting experience where she was directly responsible for all accounting functions. Anne also assisted her husband in training retail managers on the importance of maintaining a clean store image and the correct daily procedures needed to maintain their stores at a high appearance level.
Elliot Hesselson, Chief Financial & Development Officer
 

Elliot graduated from Bentley College with an undergraduate degree in accounting. He also holds CPA certification in PA and NY, is a member of the AICPA, PAICPA and NAEA, and is licensed as the following: Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), PA insurance sales (for Health, Accident and Life), and Series 7, 63 and 65 from the NASD.  Elliot has over 30 years of experience in the business world, including accounting, financial services, and restaurant ownership. His broad range of experience in business and in community service allows him to better serve Bugajewski Facility Services’ extensive local and national clientele with their individual needs.


Gus Hoffman, Vice President
  Gus, a graduate of Rutgers University with an undergraduate degree in operations management, oversees the special repair projects and emergency services work for national retailers as well as local commercial accounts. Gus has over 30 years of facility management experience and extensive experience in the construction industry. He has a reputation of having a very hands on approach in working with the client and vendor base.

Ben Bugajewski, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
  Ben is a graduate of Neumann College with an undergraduate degree in business management. Ben has over 30 years of experience in the specialty cleaning industry. He has worked the last 15 years with retail chain stores in cleaning, maintenance and repairs. He has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a timely manner. Clients have often commented that he provides them with the highest service level out of any that they have worked with. He provides them with valuable tips on how to effectively cost manage their stores in maintaining a cleaner image. Ben believes that good people working toward a common goal can accomplish anything they set out to do.
